ABSTRACT 

A fixed partial denture is a fixed restoration used to replace one or more teeth. A fixed denture could be named a dental bridge because it acts as a bridge between two abutments. We could choose several pontic designs for cases that indicated fixed dentures. This case report aims to learn about prosthodontic rehabilitation fixed dentures with sanitary pontic for lower posterior edentulous cases. Patients feel uncomfortable whenever they eat because they lose their lower teeth and ask for a denture. Intra-oral examination showed partial edentulous on the posterior lower region. Anamnesa, clinical examination, fixed denture with sanitary pontic planned with patient consent. Fixed dentures with sanitary pontic could be used for partial edentulous cases in the mandibular posterior region to keep good oral hygiene in patients.
