ABSTRACT 

A loose and unstable lower complete denture is one of the most common problems for patients with a completely edentulous ridge, especially patients with a mandibular flat ridge, as it is difficult to make an impression and fabricate conventional dentures. This study aims to find out the effective method for treating this patient. A 75-year-old female patient has a lower flat ridge and would like to replace the old denture that feels loose and causes discomfort. The patient was treated with a conventional denture using closed mouth with suction impression method. Correct diagnosis, procedures, and methods are required. The conventional complete denture using the closed mouth with suction impression method resulted in a retentive, stable, and comfortable denture for patients.
