ABSTRACT
Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) are an essential component of healthcare digital transformation aimed at im-proving efficiency, quality of care, and patient safety. The success of EMR implementation is influenced not only by technolog-ical availability but also by the quality of the system and the quality of information perceived by users, which may affect user satisfaction. The aim of this study to analyze the role of system quality and information quality in building user satisfaction with Electronic Medical Records at RSGM IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri. This quantitative analytic study employed a cross-sectional design involving 54 healthcare professionals who used EMRs at RSGM IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri from January to February 2025. Respond-ents were selected using an accidental sampling technique. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire based on the DeLone and McLean Information Systems Success Model and analyzed using the Spearman Rank correlation test with a significance level of p<0.05. The mean score of system quality was 3.63, while information quality achieved a mean score of 3.67, indicating good categories. User satisfaction was categorized as satisfied, with a satisfaction level of 75.3%. Spearman Rank analysis revealed a very strong and significant positive relationship between system quality, information quality, and user satisfaction (r=0.850; p=0.000). System quality and information quality play important roles in building user satisfaction with Elec-tronic Medical Records. Better perceived system quality and information quality are associated with higher levels of user satis-faction toward EMR utilization.
